Robin is also a licensed fiduciary (CA License #1500) where she manages the personal, financial, or legal affairs of others, including acting as a trustee, conservator, guardian, or agent under power of attorney, with a duty to act in the client's best interest. She draws on investigative skills honed over 25 years as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney to craft strategic plans for obtaining usable evidence. Robin's clients refer to her as the “fixer.” She has a knack for problem-solving, crafting investigative strategies, and advocating for all aspects of a client's case or cause. She also serves as a consultant, expert witness, interventionist, and family coach. As an attorney who is also trained as a clinical therapist, Robin brings a unique perspective to her work and has developed a therapeutically-informed legal practice.
